Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Finance team at our Corporate HQ in Rowville (Victoria). As the Accounting Manager, you will lead a lean team responsible for maintaining effective and efficient daily business processing activities, including reconciliations within the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team responsible for daily business processing activities, including reconciliations within the ERP system
  • Assist in leading junior members of the Finance team as a genuine 2IC to the Finance Manager
  • Participate in other tasks such as fixed asset management, payroll, inventory/stock management, and statutory/external financial reporting
  • Liaise with Department Heads to prepare Budget/Forecast, up to commentaries for Senior Management
Requirements
  • CA/CPA-qualified team player with a minimum 5 years' industry experience within an ASX-listed environment
  • Essential disciplines from within professional practices (for at least 3 years) before entering industry
  • Strong working knowledge of general accounting standards
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred, but not essential)
