Job SummaryThis role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with growers, compiling and maintaining grower databases, contract follow-up, and performing general administrative tasks related to grain buying and grower payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain existing and new grower relations
- Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date grower databases
- Ensure timely and effective contract follow-up with growers
- Perform general administration tasks related to Grain Buying and Grower payments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong willingness to learn quickly and progress in the role
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Proficiency in computer systems including MS Excel and MS Word
- Experience in the agricultural industry
