About this role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to provide high-level establishment advice to staff and line managers. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining accurate records of our organizational structure and reporting on key statistics that help us identify areas for improvement.

About you

To succeed in this role, you'll need to develop and present structural change plans with our team. You'll also assist in the operational management of our HR systems by providing support, guidance, and assistance to our administrators. Building strong relationships with stakeholders within our organization is essential, as you'll be working to influence users and promote new or changing initiatives.
