Your Role
As a Lead Technical Architect, you will lead a talented team of engineers responsible for designing and implementing scalable and reliable solutions. Your technical leadership will play a crucial role in ensuring your team has the right combination of people, processes, and tools to excel in delivering high-quality solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage one or more teams of 5+ engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Lead Agile/Scrum delivery processes and drive continuous improvement within the team
- Apply DevOps concepts and practices to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure high-quality, reliable code
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set and manage priorities, aligning team efforts with business goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in software engineering and architecture
- Experience with public cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with security by design and SecOps practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
