Partnership Opportunity in Loyalty Program Management

We are seeking a Partnership Specialist to join our team at Velocity Frequent Flyer, one of Australia's largest loyalty programs.
As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving growth and managing relationships with designated partners.

Your RoleAs a Partnership Specialist, Consumer Partnerships, you will:
- Lead on designated partner relationships, driving growth and innovation strategies.
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain effective stakeholder engagement.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in Commercial, Partnership, or Consumer Loyalty environments.
- Project management skills to lead new programs of work within partnerships.
- Expertise in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with strong analytical skills.
- Loyalty experience, with a deep understanding of the loyalty environment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Data literacy and the ability to develop forecasts and business cases.
- A customer-oriented approach, focused on delivering enhanced experiences for partners and members.
- Commercial acumen to critically analyze opportunities and business context.
- Strong negotiation skills to navigate stakeholder relationships and contracts.
- Comfort presenting and pitching to all levels within a business.
