Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Banquets Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with guests, and deliver outstanding service excellence.

Job Description
  • Prepare event and meeting spaces, tend bar, and serve platters of food to exceed guest expectations.
  • Built strong relationships with existing and new guests, embodying legendary service that drives future bookings.
  • Assist with event arrangements, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence throughout each interaction.
  • Support the banquets team in general operational tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Enthusiasm to advance your career.
  • Self-motivation, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach, with smart solutions and a 'can-do' attitude.

Estimated Salary Range

A competitive salary between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits and incentives.
