Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in designing and managing the University's on-premise and cloud infrastructure, platforms, security, and network architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions that meet the University's current and future needs
  • Establish and maintain standards and patterns for cloud adoption, infrastructure optimisation, and network security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and reliability of all infrastructure services
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in the management of significant human and material resources, or postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience
  • Demonstrated high level of theoretical and applied knowledge in professional area of expertise
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in liaising with staff at all levels of an organisation
