Job Description
The Chief Financial Strategist is a senior-level position responsible for providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, senior team members, and outside advisors to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of various phases of project and transaction execution, including new business development and overall growth of the firm.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective financing strategies, guiding them through the capital raising process.
• Prepare pitch materials, information memoranda, investor and management presentations, and oversee work performed by analysts and associates assigned to projects.
• Provide detailed guidance and feedback to junior team members, promoting their growth and development.

Qualifications:
• 6-10 years of experience in corporate finance or advisory.
• Strong degree in Finance or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams.
• Proven problem-solving and organizational skills, with a demonstrated track record of success.
• Clear understanding of sector-specific requirements and regulations.
