The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandise Executive to join our team at Puig. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing impactful retail plans that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Visual Merchandise Manager in developing and implementing retail plans that meet the needs of our markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of our global brand strategy and POS guidelines.
  • Support the development and production of temporary animations and visual displays that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Evaluate the implementation of retail plans and provide solutions for improvement.
  • Prepare and validate customized launch planograms tailored to local market realities.
  • Create and communicate merchandising and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across our retail network.
  • Support local initiatives and special projects as required.
  • Coordinate artwork and production with suppliers and create artwork for ticketing as needed.
  • Maintain visual and distribution databases and store check reports.
  • Raise and maintain purchase orders within SAP as required.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position from the beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Education and/or experience in Interior Design or Visual Merchandising required.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of premium brand strategy and retail trends.
  • Competent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft Office package.
  • Planogram experience and ability to read and interpret drawings/floorplans a plus.
