Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
Job Description:
As the Aged Care Service Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and feel secure in their environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and maintaining a person-centred model of care that promotes wellness and engagement for residents
- E nsuring compliance with legislative requirements and the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Providing professional leadership and management to clinical and allied health team members
- Developing and implementing care plans, conducting assessments, and providing clinical education and mentoring
- M oitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided
- Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with residents, families, and other stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the aged care industry
- A strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- The ability to build effective relationships with residents, staff, and families
- Relevant qualifications in nursing or a related field
- A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
