Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Inpatient Services team at the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. As a Social Worker in this role, you will contribute to the delivery of comprehensive and integrated services to mental health consumers and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and family therapeutic approaches, group programs, health promotion, and community development programs.
  • Liaise with mental health consumers, carers, community organisations, and external service providers.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based, recovery-oriented services.

Requirements

  • Recognised qualification in Social Work and eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Experience in providing clinical services, including one-on-one, group, and health promotion activities.
  • Ability to work positively within a team environment and communicate effectively with a range of people.

  • DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC).
