We are seeking a skilled and passionate physiotherapist to join our team in Yarrawonga, Australia.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to reablement and restoring independence in the lives of older people. You will work across a range of clinical areas, including mobility assessments, restorative therapy, falls prevention, pressure care, pain management, and active ageing group programs.
You will have the opportunity to develop resident-centred plans and deliver one-on-one reablement therapy. Our Plena Care Pathway is designed to support residents through every phase of their aged care journey.

Requirements:- Current AHPRA registration
