Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our retail team in Adelaide. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be aware of store sales targets and performance indicators, take ownership, and utilize available resources to meet or exceed them
  • Implement customer-centric strategies to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • The execution and maintenance of established visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
  • Represent our brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way

Requirements:

  • A strong background in retail sales or customer service with a proven track record of success
  • Motivated, energetic, and passionate about achievement, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends
