Identity and Access Management Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design and implementation of secure and scalable Identity and Access Management frameworks tailored to business requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure IAM solutions for enterprise systems, ensuring seamless integration with other technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance on IAM best practices and standards.
  • Analyse and address security risks related to identity and access management, providing proactive solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems to ensure optimal performance, making data-driven decisions.
  • Document architecture designs, processes, and system configurations, promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging IAM technologies, applying this expertise to drive business growth.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven expertise in identity and access management solutions, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM tools and technologies, including security protocols and authentication methods.
  • Experience designing and implementing IAM frameworks in enterprise settings, with a focus on scalability and security.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate security risks effectively, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Technical leadership experience within the Technology sector, with a passion for driving innovation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Relevant certifications in IAM or cybersecurity, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
