Classic Car Restoration Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team. As a mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining classic vehicles.

  1. Inspect, diagnose, and restore engines, driveline components, and other mechanical systems.
  2. Organise the disassembly of vehicle parts for labelling and proper storage until reassembly.
  3. Apply your skills to reverse engineering, machining, and fabricating hard-to-find parts.
  4. Work on pre-1980s (pre-computer age) vehicles, applying traditional and hands-on methods.
  5. Test, tune, and refine completed projects with pride and precision.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience as a mechanic (20–40+ years encouraged to apply).
  • Skills in motorcycles, trucks, auto-electrical, engines, white-metal bearings, or EV conversions highly valued.
  • Knowledge of what points are and being comfortable working on non-computerized vehicles.
  • Experience restoring classic and/or vintage cars, trucks, or motorcycles (highly desirable).
