Secondary English/Religious Studies Teacher Position

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of and commitment to Catholic Education, as well as the ability to actively support the Catholic ethos and culture of the school.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher who can create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and spiritual growth.

The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching secondary English and religious studies to students at St Catherine's Catholic College.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Teaching secondary English and religious studies to students.
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans.
  • Mentoring and supporting colleagues to achieve educational outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A four-year trained teacher qualification.
  • NESA Accreditation.
  • A current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) number.
  • Completion of anaphylaxis training.
  • Completion of CPR training.
