We seek a leader with a genuine commitment and passion for our values and a demonstrated record of success working in not-for-profit or community service organisations.

The Executive Director will provide accurate timely advice demonstrating integrity and accountability to enable good governance.

They will oversee operational and financial performance ensuring policies and risk management are implemented while achieving the goals of our service delivery funding and reporting set out in our Strategic Plan.

Showcasing high emotional intelligence sound judgement and good time management the Executive Director will work collaboratively with management staff and volunteers to deliver services in a manner that demonstrates the organisation's values.

Displaying excellent organisational skills they will attract engage and retain professional staff and volunteers inspiring and mentoring the team in a safe and respectful environment.

The Executive Director will ensure program funding applications and acquittal reports are completed on time with a high rate of success.

They will have the capacity to nurture and maintain productive working relationships with partners and stakeholders including donors industry and government.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills built through experience are highly desirable.

This is a permanent position offered four days per week initially with a view to increasing to five days in the near future.

A strong knowledge of contemporary industry practice and focus on continuous improvement will ensure good results in a healthy work environment.

The Executive Director will play a key role in shaping the organisation's future and contributing to its continued success.
