Job Title:

Service Equipment Specialist

Overview

This role is responsible for performing scheduled maintenance on various equipment and ensuring it operates within specified parameters.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in fault diagnosis and repair, as well as a strong mechanical aptitude.

They will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory and providing top-tier customer service.

The successful candidate will work in the Sydney Metro area with occasional regional travel.

Responsibilities
  • Performing routine maintenance checks on sterilizers, washer disinfectors, and other hospital equipment.
  • Diagnosing faults and conducting corrective maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
  • Assisting with installation and commissioning of new systems.
  • Providing technical support and responding to emergency service calls.
Requirements
  • NSW A Grade Electrical License or current NSW Restricted Electrical License.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in fault diagnosis and repair.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
