Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic leader to join our team in Frenchs Forest, NSW. As a Room Leader, your core responsibilities will be to plan, supervise and implement the program for the room in accordance with the policies.

You will understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service. You will lead and mentor the educators in the room, build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership with the parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • Current/Valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC) and relevant First Aid Certificates
  • Previous working experience in Early Childhood Education
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
