Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage maintenance programs and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical or electro-mechanical engineering, as well as training in 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. They should be able to design and deliver robust maintenance programs, respond quickly to breakdowns and faults, and coordinate contractors and trade services for inspections, repairs, and project work.

  • Design and implement a proactive maintenance strategy to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Develop and maintain a spare parts inventory system to reduce repair costs and improve efficiency.

The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in electrical or electro-mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with permits to work, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
  • Training in 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Familiarity with plumbing, compressed air, or industrial ovens is an advantage.
