Job Opportunity for Diploma Qualified Educators

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to contribute to the delivery of high-quality education and care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional education and care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure seamless transitions and partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training.
  • Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, ECA code of ethics, Child Safe Standards, and National Regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and possess strong organisational skills.
