Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to fill a key role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a background in software development and accounting/finance systems.

The role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to work on a hybrid model with occasional office presence.

You will be responsible for translating complex technical requirements into clear language, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and producing high-quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate technical requirements into clear business language.
  • Be involved in the SIT/UAT phase, ensuring seamless integration of new systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Produce detailed, well-structured documentation that meets business needs.
  • Elaborate and refine business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Document designs for future maintenance or support, ensuring long-term sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst in accounting/finance systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the BA function effectively.
  • Technical background and experience working with cross-functional teams.
