About the Role

As a Caregiver for the Elderly, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live their best lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Helping residents to maintain their independence and make choices about their care.
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and service.
  • Participating in incident reports, care documentation, and Work Health and Safety programs.

What We're Looking For

  • Cert III or higher in Individual Support or related studies such as nursing.
  • Experience in a personal care role in aged care (desirable).
  • Commitment to a holistic care approach and supporting residents to achieve their goals and support their needs.
