Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, organize, write and edit standard operating procedures and manuals;
  • Research, develop and write technical design specifications;
  • Research, develop and write technical manuals;
  • Develop written or visual product/process/technical documentation, business process maps, and user manuals;
  • Quality assurance of documents to maintain continuity of style of content;
  • Write complex technical subject matter for a range of stakeholders, including non-technical or executive staff;
  • Ability to develop and update Engineering and ILS documentation, including a range of technical management strategies and plans, logistic plans and instructions;
  • Manage updates and revisions to technical documents, procedures and manuals;
