**High-Level Disability Support Specialist Role**

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering high-quality personal care and support services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with hoisting, slings, and two-person standing transfers
  • Maintaining pressure care and documentation
  • Providing personal care, showering, and dressing assistance
  • Driving a wheelchair-accessible vehicle
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, shopping, and errands
  • Supporting community access and allied health appointments

Requirements:

  • 1 year of disability work experience
  • Full Australian driver's license
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong English skills
