About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator and Social Media Strategist to join our growing Content and Communications team in Sydney.

This is a hybrid role that requires split time working from home and our Sydney HQ. If you have a passion for social media, creative writing, and making a real impact on business success, we'd love to hear from you

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our content strategy and developing engaging content across multiple channels. Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives business results.

Responsibilities
  • Owning our content schedule and coordinating all content developed by and for the wider GTM function.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives.
  • Creating and curating high-quality content, including webinars, blogs, videos, social-first assets, and podcasts.
  • Championing the consistent use of our messaging while encouraging bold and innovative approaches to content creation.
  • Maintaining and monitoring our social media profiles to ensure alignment with our social and GTM strategy.
  • Staying up-to-date with current social trends and algorithm changes to adapt our content direction accordingly.
  • Monitoring the performance of our social media efforts to build our brand, grow our audiences, and increase engagement.
  • Collaborating with our team to identify opportunities for earned, owned, and paid PR initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Taking part in customer calls to understand their challenges and develop targeted content solutions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in B2B social media execution and content development (ideally with exposure/experience in tech environments/products).
  • A creative mindset with a passion for bold, unexpected, and smart content and comms.
  • An obsession with social media and its potential for driving B2B brand success.
  • The ability to turn complex topics into relatable and engaging content.
  • An excellent attention to detail to ensure all content and comms are on-brand and accurate.
  • Great relationship-building skills to work effectively with various stakeholders, from the exec team to external suppliers.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to juggle multiple content and social requirements simultaneously.
  • A natural curiosity to continually enhance or create new opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
