This is a permanent part-time role for approximately 47 hours per fortnight, commencing in Term 1 of 2026. As an Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader, you will lead a team providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged 3-4.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pedagogical Leadership: Provide contemporary educational programs based on an approved curriculum framework.
  • Child Development: Promote children's agency, choice and influence, and develop partnerships with families and the community.
  • Team Collaboration: Ongoing reflective practice and developing a positive professional team culture.

The successful applicant will have experience delivering high-quality educational programs, strong communication skills, and empathy towards children and families. A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification, current VIT registration, and at least two years' experience in early childhood education are required.
