The Role: Retail Sales Consultant

We are seeking a charismatic Retail Sales Consultant who excels at building relationships, providing expert sleep solutions, and driving sales through exceptional customer service.

This role involves working across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, collaborating with a small team, and contributing to store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in retail sales, preferably with big-ticket items.
  • An ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Confident and professional communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge, with experience in Pronto software an advantage.
  • A drive to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • The physical ability to walk the floor and carry stock safely, as required.
