Retail Portfolio Lead

At a leading social enterprise, we are seeking an experienced Retail Portfolio Lead to lead the strategy and evolution of our diverse retail portfolio.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth by identifying opportunities to improve retail performance, enhance product presentation, and elevate the customer journey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing new retail concepts and business units to launch, leveraging their commercial acumen and people-first leadership style to build a high-performing and inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of around 40 staff, including casuals, juniors, and supported employees.
  • Drive sales performance and operational efficiency through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and implement effective retail strategies to enhance product presentation and elevate the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in multi-channel or destination-based retail with e-commerce skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • A people-first leadership style with a focus on team development, coaching, and accountability.
