About the Role

As a key team member, you'll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of a department that consists of all non-fresh products in store. You'll take pride in contributing to an exceptionally presented store that's welcoming and engaging for customers, team members, and the community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
  2. Energise your team to deliver results with pride, ensuring Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met.
  3. Be customer-obsessed and continually seek to better understand diverse customers.
  4. Drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritises team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
About You

We're looking for a person who is most productive later in the day and prefers to work evenings and nights. As part of the Nightfill team, you'll restock shelves to ensure a great shopping experience for customers.

  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • To take pride in your work.
  • To know your stuff, as you'll be a go-to person for customer queries.
  • To be active, on your feet for long periods, and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
  • The availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including evenings, late nights, and weekends).
