Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing restaurant team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing costs, and maintaining high safety standards. You will also support the development of your team members through training, coaching, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
