About the Role- Lead and manage local subcontractors and traffic management suppliers with accountability for performance outcomes and delivery of high-quality results.
- Plan, coordinate and implement traffic switches, road access and stakeholder access arrangements to ensure project success.
- Develop and implement traffic management plans in accordance with industry standards from concept through to completion.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to deploy project traffic changes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports including cost management, progress analysis and recommendations to inform project decisions.
- Provide technical leadership to site teams and mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage procurement, resources and budgets within traffic management scope to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure quality management, documentation and compliance with industry regulations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, senior-level traffic management experience and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Senior-level traffic management experience in construction or infrastructure
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
