Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Data Governance Principal Analyst within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing data governance policies, procedures, and standards across the enterprise.

This position will play a pivotal role in embedding data management best practices, ensuring the integrity and quality of our data assets. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop strategic plans for data governance initiatives.

  • Evaluate and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor progress.
  • Develop and maintain data governance standards, guidelines, and training programs to promote data management awareness and adoption.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data governance frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
