The role of Account Coordinator is a dynamic position where you will be at the centre of how we connect with and support our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the customer experience for your account portfolio
  • Working with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver product in line with customer business needs
  • Providing our customers with real-time updates on product and service-related matters
  • Identifying improvements with our systems and processes, assisting with implementing changes for internal teams and customers

You will bring your sociable and collaborative approach to the team, with skills including:

  • Experience within a customer service environment
  • Sound experience with relationship management and conflict resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutions
  • Expertise with various digital platforms, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and D365, and a strong adaptability to dynamic processes and evolving system environments
