We are currently seeking the best and brightest registered nurse graduates who aspire to be future nurse leaders. To succeed in this role, you will have recently graduated from university and possess valid AHPRA Registration or pending registration.
This 9 month structured transition to practice program provides specialized clinical skills training in areas such as dementia care, palliative care, chronic disease management and mental health. You will also develop your leadership skills in a professional practice setting.
The salary for this position is $60-$80 per hour, commensurate with experience. As a Nurse Graduate with Opal HealthCare, you will be part of our scholarship program via the Opal Healthcare Academy, qualifying you for $5,000 payment at the completion of the program which you can use towards your HECS Debt or further studies.
We offer ongoing learning and development opportunities, including scholarships for post-graduate studies offering up to $15,000 over 3 years, and future access to our Leadership Programs – RN2CM & Emerging Leaders. Our Graduate Nurse Program is designed to develop your clinical and leadership skills.
