About the Role

Cognizant is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Technical Lead to join one of our well-established insurance clients. As a key team member, you'll have the opportunity to partner with the client and set the technical direction for the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with Customer SMEs to define To Be Business Processes
  • Prepare functional specifications
  • Act as the point of contact for the Client for functional aspects and act as a bridge between the offshore team and the Client
  • Support API architect to design and develop the Common Service frameworks
Requirements
  • Experience in end-to-end MuleSoft integrations
  • Strong people management experience, providing hands-on expertise on the latest version of Mule 4
  • Hands on development and ability to perform tech analysis of code across Java, Groovy, Shell script and Node.js
  • Strong knowledge of EAI/SOA best practices, development methodologies, and standards
  • Experience in Application Development using Mule ESB and SOA technologies and API management using MMC and Anypoint platform
  • Experience with SOAP and REST web services and be well-versed with the Spring Framework
  • Experience working with the development of APIs – Consumer and Producer
  • Experience with CICD and cloud technologies (AWS Serverless)
  • Experience with API code reviews within an API development team ensuring the team is following best practices
