Your Role

As a Retail Sales Associate in our Nowra store, you will deliver exceptional customer service and assist in various aspects of store operations. You will bring your great fashion sense, passion for engaging with customers, and working with an energetic team to achieve sales targets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to our valued customers
  • Ensure compliance with our policies and procedures
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Use your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Sort and price items according to our pricing guidelines
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store

You Will Need

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets
  • Understanding of fashion and trends
