Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, packing and handing over hot orders, attending the chip and chicken fryers, cooking charcoal chicken, and maintaining a clean work area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service every time
  • Take ravenous customer orders through our POS system
  • Pack and handover hot orders to customers and delivery drivers
  • Attend the chip and chicken fryers
  • Cook up our legendary charcoal chicken
  • Portion the juiciest charcoal chicken for order
  • Assemble our mouth-watering burgers and rolls
  • Man the grill to cook our delicious menu options
  • Prepare fresh, authentic salads
  • Help with dishwashing
  • Maintain a clean work area
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the fast-food industry is not essential, but a keen attitude is required
  • Working to a high level of energy and efficiency
  • Keen interest to learn on the go and adapt any new skill set
  • Kindness is key, be courteous and customer-focused
  • Work at a fast pace
  • Work as part of a team
