About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Garden Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our mobile team, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to maintenance, including mowing, whipper snipping, blowing, weeding, and spraying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintenance tasks such as mowing, whipper snipping, blowing, weeding, and spraying.
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • White Card
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
