Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of People Services to provide strategic leadership and direction to our workforce and industrial relations services. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic workforce improvement programs and delivering high-quality, responsive, best-practice HR/IR services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the People and Culture Business Partners, Workforce Support Teams, and Workforce Relations Team.
- Implement strategic workforce improvement programs, including the delivery of business partnering function areas across the district.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, responsive, best-practice HR/IR services that enable and facilitate the achievement of the LHD business requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and improve workforce outcomes.
