Occupational Therapist Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in occupational therapy with our dynamic team. As a new graduate, you will participate in a comprehensive 12-month program designed to help you transition from academia to real-world practice. The program includes a structured 12-week intensive training period, weekly supervision, and market-leading professional development opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Full Registration (or eligible on graduation).
  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a car.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
