The Opportunity
BGC Engineering offers the chance to work on complex applied earth sciences projects worldwide, with opportunities to collaborate with our international team. We are currently accepting expressions of interest for engineers, engineering technologists, and geoscientists with a passion for applied earth science.
Requirements
Drug & Alcohol Testing
We have a drug and alcohol policy that applies to this position, requiring employees to undergo testing prior to engaging in field work. This may include random testing, as required by clients or in the event of a health and safety incident.
Driver's License
BGC requires employees to have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a field utility truck. Upon hiring, we will require a driving record for a safety review.
Travel and Vaccination
We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment for employees on business travel and during field assignments. Employees may be required to receive vaccinations, such as yellow fever, COVID-19, or malaria, as needed.
