The Role

">

This role involves assisting with daily warehouse operations, including preparing and dispatching furniture orders. You will work closely with the operations team to resolve customer concerns and ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lift and move heavy cartons using trolleys, and place them onto pallets for dispatch">
  • Label and organise outgoing orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery">
  • Safely handle and move boxes and furniture items in the warehouse">
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience preferred)">
  • Learn our product range in detail, including how to assemble furniture and troubleshoot common issues">
  • Resolve customer concerns such as damaged orders, missing parts, and assembly difficulties">
  • Problem-solve customer issues by working with the operations team to find quick and effective solutions">
  • Support the team with other general operations tasks as required">

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure">
  • Excellent written communication and customer service skills">
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling/lifting">
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player">
  • Forklift experience preferred">
  • Mandarin speaking preferred">
  • Previous experience in customer service, warehouse, or logistics is a plus">
