We're seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Senior Product Designer to join our Design Systems team. In this role, you will shape the future of our platform by developing and evolving our design system, that empowers our product teams to deliver cohesive, accessible, and high-quality experiences with efficiency and innovation.

About the Role

  • You will lead efforts to align the design system with our broader product strategy – which include deeper platform unification and AI integration – driving bold ideas and creating a unified design language that balances creativity, scalability, and technical feasibility.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate contributions to the design system, from ideation and research to the creation of reusable artefacts, published documentation, and tools that streamline workflows.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a design system roadmap that aligns with our broader product strategy, balances long-term goals with incremental value delivery, and accelerates team velocity.
  • Creating and maintaining reusable components, principles, patterns, and workflows that prioritise accessibility, usability, and scalability, while partnering closely with engineering to ensure technical excellence.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Has 5+ years of experience in a product design role, with 2+ years in a design system role, with a proven track record of driving innovative ideas to execution.
  • Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), usability principles, and systems thinking.
