• Lead the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of meals, including breakfast, crib, dinner, and functions
• Ensure adherence to dietary requirements, including allergies and special requests
• Assist with stock ordering, rotation, and stocktaking
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices
• Provide fast and effective service with a smile, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist the broader team as required
