Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Lead for Project Risk to join our team in Perth, WA. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering project risk management across a region, providing expertise, guidance, and support for risk management activities across our global business unit proposals and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy project risk management tools, procedures, and frameworks across projects.
  • Develop technical responses to proposals and consult with customer teams as necessary.
  • Deliver project risk management programs aligned with ISO:31000.
  • Facilitate high-level risk workshops, risk meetings, and reviews.
  • Establish a clear understanding internally and externally of risk context (project specific).
  • Effectively interact across all layers of the project to influence risk culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience working in projects ideally within construction or infrastructure.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in dedicated roles managing project risk management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in qualitative and quantitative risk management.
  • Experience responding to proposal requests.
  • Experience with software packages, including ARM.
  • Relevant recognized diploma, degree, or professional certification.
