**About the Role:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our Operational Support Team as a Part-Time Maintenance Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean and inviting spaces in our buildings and workplaces.

This involves performing various cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas, as well as emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.

Additional responsibilities include cleaning outdoor paths, carpark, grounds, eating areas, walls, windows, and doors, washing and hanging out laundry, cleaning restrooms, and wiping down common touchpoints.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role, as you will work closely with the team to maintain a clean and organized environment.

**Key Requirements:**

To be considered for this position, you must possess a positive national police check, open driver's licence (current), current vehicle registration and compulsory third-party insurance, NDIS worker screening card (yellow), positive working with children (blue) card, COVID-19 immunizations (minimum of two), and current influenza immunization (annual).

You will also need to complete a pre-employment health declaration outlining any pre-existing conditions.
