About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dedicated team focused on simplifying small business finance. We are constantly evolving and creating new roles for growth and development.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and brokers, providing expert support and making the process as fast and painless as possible.

The role involves building strong relationships using sales and customer retention skills to create great outcomes for clients, broker networks, and Business Development Managers.

We encourage innovation and finding smarter solutions that benefit everyone involved.

  • Manage inbound enquiries for new business and servicing existing clients
  • Making follow up calls to brokers/BDMs and clients to achieve the fastest outcome possible
  • Build on existing relationships with our broker network to foster future referrals for the business growth
  • Review credit decisions/outcomes seeking enhancements
  • Hold thorough knowledge of internal credit policies and articulate clearly and simply to all stakeholders
  • Achieve relevant individual KPIs (sales performance metrics)
  • Maintain strong data hygiene through CRM management (Salesforce)
  • Act as the main conduit between client/broker and credit ensuring excellent experience at all times

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • Ability to multitask handle pressure and meet deadlines/sales KPIs
  • Comfortable adapting to change and growing with the business
  • Eager to learn new products and processes
