We empower our clients to be the hero of their own story by leveraging expert intervention skills. Our Injury Management Consultants and Rehabilitation Consultants work together to create a unique blend of skills and perspectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Contribute 50% of your time to Injury Management on-site with Australia's leading manufacturing company; and 50% of your time delivering rehabilitation consulting to injured clients\
  • Build trust with clients and collaborative partnerships with stakeholders\
  • Oversee a portfolio of cases and deliver billable services\
  • Facilitate medical consultations, case conferences, and liaise with treating parties to drive claims\

Your Requirements:

  • \
  • Exceptional Case Management/Return-To-Work experience and qualified as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Provisional or Registered Psychologist\
  • Resilience, time efficiency, and adaptability to balance considerable output while maintaining work/life balance\
