Embark on your career journey with us as a Reservations Agent at the Westin/Four Points Brisbane. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing and processing reservations and inquiries Conducting pre-arrival checks against booking details Following up on No-Shows and late cancellations Collaborating closely with fellow members of the Reservations team Promoting the hotel’s food and beverage venues along with other services and amenities.

Who you are and what you need:

Previous experience in a reservations team within a 4/5-star hotel environment Familiarity with Opera software A passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and strong problem-solving abilities
